l’etranger to open Meursault Bar & Dining Room

Opening on 17 February, Meursault will be a ‘younger and more spirited companion’ to its sister restaurant. It is the brainchild of director Ibi Issolah, chef Jerome Tauvron and Dorian Pryce, previously bar manager of the Atlantic Bar & Grill.
The lounge bar will offer sharing platters, molecular cocktails, fine wine and Champagne and guests can also enjoy aperitifs, post dinner desserts and gourmet dining, echoing the cuisine of l’etranger.
The menu, created by Tauvron and executed by head chef Sang Keun Oh, includes sashimi, tartars and tempura to share, with additional a la carte options including Wagyu beef, venison, Dorset crab and lobster. Meursault will also feature a 1,600-bin wine list with eight available by the glass.
The interior of Meursault will feature natural stone, glass, leather, and marble, while a bespoke-designed ceiling by award-winning illustrator Noumeda Carbone will incorporate 18,000 LED lights.
