Adam Philp, restaurant manager, Ducks
The ‘restaurant with rooms’, Ducks at Kilspindie, has welcomed Adam Philp as restaurant manager.
Philp joins Ducks from The Balmoral, Scotland’s five-star hotel.
Owner and head of the Edinburgh Restaurateurs Association, Malcolm Duck, said, “We really want to take Ducks to the next level and to this end Adam joins us as restaurant manager, has already made a big and positive impact in his first few weeks.”
