Natalie Martin,who previously worked with La Tasca Restaurants as digital media manager, has left the brand to set up Kitch Media, a business working in online customer engagement.
The new business offers help with online customer engagement, social media, loyalty, advocacy and communication.
Martin said: “La Tasca has been a fantastic experience and we part on good terms as I continue to work on their social media and Loyalty Card initiative.
“I’ve always had a desire to create my own business and with the family business being in the industry too I feel it is important that SME’s also get an opportunity to develop their online presence and get advice and support to give them the edge.
“Businesses need to understand the opportunity the online world can bring to them and embrace the digital change.”
