Orrery, the French restaurant in Marylebone, has appointed Kathrine Larsen as head sommelier.
Danish-born Larsen joins the Orrery team from fellow D&D restaurant Le Pont de la Tour and has also worked at Skylon and Michelin-starred restaurants in Copenhagen.
She said: “I am hugely excited about working at Orrery. It is both a destination and neighbourhood restaurant and our customers are always open-minded about trying new things. I look forward to putting my personal touches to an already impressive wine list.”
