Young's to sell 14 freehold pubs

Thirteen of the pubs are from Young’s tenanted estate in London and the Home Counties, with the fourteenth a managed house in Bristol. They are all being marketed by Christie & Co.
David Turner, property & tenancy director of Young & Co's Brewery Plc, said: “Whilst we are under no pressure to dispose of these pubs, a sale of some or all of them would create additional scope for us to invest in our expanding managed estate, in line with our stated strategy.”
