Lee Keong, Restaurant Manager, Grand Imperial London
Grand Imperial London has appointed Lee Keong as restaurant manager to the Cantonese restaurant based at the new member of the Guoman collection The Grosvenor Hotel in London's Victoria, which has just finished a complete makeover.
In his new role, Keong is responsible for all food and beverage operations as well as management of staff and menus for the 140 cover Grand Imperial restaurant and its exquisite private dining room.
