Rachael Fisher, Head Pastry Chef, Hilton Cardiff
Hilton Cardiff has announced the promotion of pastry chef Rachael Fisher to ‘Chef de Partie’.
Now set to manage the hotel’s team of dessert specialists, Fisher will design and create bespoke menus for corporate functions and weddings as well as Hilton Cardiff’s buffet and evening menus and extensive afternoon tea range.
She said: “I have always wanted to be a chef and I love creating original dessert ideas. My signature dishes are traditional, home-cooked Welsh cakes and chocolate brownies; foods which, despite being old favourites, can be adapted to create unique, intricate desserts."
