Hilton Worldwide has announced the £1.3m bedroom refurbishment at the Hilton Glasgow Grosvenor hotel in the West End district of the Scottish city has now been completed.

The 97-bed hotel has undergone a renovation leaving the rooms with a new colour scheme and finish, new design features, beds and carpets. The hotel's suite has also experienced a transformation.

Martin Watts, general manager of the Hilton Glasgow Grosvenor, said the team was very happy with the renovation which was designed by a Glasgow-based firm.

"There is now a boutique feel to the property which makes the hotel stand out amongst its peers and we’re incredibly proud of the work carried out.  We look forward to welcoming guests to sample our stylish new bedrooms," he said.

The Hilton Glasgow Grosvenor also features a steak restaurant, Bo'vine, and cocktail bar, Bobar, and is one of three Hilton Worldwide hotels in the city alongside the Hilton Glasgow and the newly-opened Hilton Garden Inn Glasgow City Centre.
