Ramachandran Raju, head chef, Cinnamon Soho
Cinnamon Soho – the third restaurant from executive chef Vivek Singh of modern Indian restaurants The Cinnamon Club and Cinnamon Kitchen – has appointed Ramachandran Raju as head chef.
The 36-year-old chef takes the helm of Singh’s newest venture, having worked in the kitchens of both The Cinnamon Club in Westminster and Cinnamon Kitchen in the City.
Prior to his involved with Cinnamon – a commitment that has lasted more than a decade – Raju earned his stripes at the Taj Garden Retreat Madurai in India before moving to London for roles at Coromandel in Battersea, The Cinnamon Club in Westminster and then Cinnamon Kitchen in the City.
