Nicolas Digard, restaurant manager, Cinnamon Soho
Nicolas Digard has joined Cinnamon Soho as restaurant manager.
Born in France, 35-year-old Digard earned his culinary credentials first as chef de rang in Disneyland and at Le Velocipede in Paris; and then at two-Michelin-starred The Square in London.
Prior to his secured role at Cinnamon Soho, he also worked as head waiter at The Cinnamon Club before being promoted to assistant restaurant manager at Vivek’s second modern Indian restaurant, Cinnamon Kitchen.
