The terrace at Harvey Nichols’ Fifth Floor bar is to be taken over by Herefordshire spirits producer Chase Distillery this summer with the aim of bringing a piece of the Herefordshire countryside to the capital.

From 4 June to 15 July the terrace will be named Chase and Country Tails at Fifth Floor and will serve a bespoke range of cocktails using spirits and liqueurs produced at the Herefordshire distillery.

Fifth Floor executive chef Jonas Karlsson has created a range of mini tasting dishes to accompany drinks designed by Fifth Floor bar manager Dominic Jacobs such as Gooseflower Fizz using Chase vodka and Chase Elderflower Liqueur and Marmalade Root Martini, a mix of Chase Marmalade Vodka shaken with fresh carrot juice, parsley, lemon and honey.

Chase Distillery will also run several 'meet the maker' events and tastings throughout the period.
