The 2011 Masterchef winner Tim Anderson is to launch a pop-up restaurant in association with Citroën in Shoreditch offering a five course tasting menu inspired by the five senses.

Delicious by DS5, which will be open in a secret location in Shoreditch from 16-19 May, is being launched to promote the a new DS5 from the France-based car manufacturer.

Since winning the 2011 series of the BBC TV show Masterchef Anderson has gone on to various projects including designing a menu for the Camden site of BrewDog. "This project has really allowed me to stretch my creativity and try some exciting new gastronomic techniques. With each course I’m focusing on just one of the senses - sight, sound, taste etc. - so we're using some really innovative approaches to create a dining experience that will surprise and delight on a multi-sensory level. The best part is that we’re bringing this menu to the public for just five pounds and benefitting a really great charity at the same time," he said.

A table at the restaurant can only be reserved through Citroën'S Facebook page and the proceeds of the meal will go to the food poverty charity, FareShare, which redistributes surplus food.
