The partnership will not only enable readers of the guide to see which of the restaurants it features are running in a sustainable way, but will also see both organisations offer a 10 per cent discount to each others' membership.
Allie Philpin, marketing executive at Les Routiers, said: “Sustainability and our environment are key aspects for many of our members when choosing where to dine. Our partnership with the SRA will go a long way to enabling them to make that choice. We very much look forward to working with the SRA in promoting sustainability in our restaurants and other establishments.”
Harden's became the first restaurant guide to highlight SRA sustainability ratings following The Times restaurant critic Giles Coren's decision to include ratings with all his reviews.
SRA ratings assess restaurants’ all-round sustainability, giving them recognition for their work across 14 areas of the business.
