Nick Walley, operations manager, Ellenborough Park
Cheltenham’s hotel Ellenborough Park has appointed Nick Walley as operations manager.
Walley joins the senior management team, reporting directly to the general manager. He is responsible for all day-to-day operations and standards, with a particular focus on food and beverage, including The Brasserie, fine dining in The Beaufort Dining Room, conferences, banqueting and room service.
He joins from The Vineyard at Stockcross, a five-star hotel and spa in Berkshire. With more than ten years experience, Nick has worked for some of Britain’s finest hotel names, including The Ritz in London, Hampshire’s Chewton Glen and the Hilton Group.
