Dave Watts, head chef, Cotswold House Hotel
Dave Watts, who trained under Raymond Blanc and Gary Jones at Le Manoir aux Quat’ Saisons, has joined the Cotswold House Hotel as head chef, where he’ll take responsibility for both of the luxury hotel’s on-site restaurants.
The Dining Room, which re-opened on 17 May, will offer customers a fine-dining experience while The Cotswold Grill presents a more informal setting for breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea.
