Roger Jones, consultant chef, Burges restaurant
Michelin-starred chef Roger Jones is set to join the staff at The Park House's Burges restaurant in Cardiff as consultant chef.
Jones will be charged with mentoring the restaurant’s team of chefs, redesigning the menu and building its wine collection. His signature dishes include a luxury fish finger made with lobster and he owns the AA Restaurant of the Year The Harrow in Little Bedwyn, Wiltshire. He has been a Michelin-starred chef since 2006.
