Daniel Richards, head chef, Vinoteca Marylebone
Daniel Richards has joined Vinoteca Marylebone as new head chef.
Richards started out as a Sous Chef at Wapping Food followed by a couple of years at Lola’s, a year at The Gallery at Sketch, five years at St. John and finally, back to Wapping Food as Head Chef for a further year.
His dishes for Vinoteca will include the likes of, wild sea trout with samphire, cucumber and capers, and English rose veal chop, chicoria, shallot and anchovy.
