John Cook has also joined the Vinoteca team, returning to the fold this spring as Farringdon’s new head chef.
Cook started his career with five years in the kitchens at Eyre brothers under the likes of Jose Pizarro and Joao Cleto. Next he focused on regional Italian cooking as part of Megan Jones’ brigade at The Zetter Hotel. he then spent the next year and a half working with head chef Ross Goodall at Vinoteca in Farringdon.
Prior to returning as head chef this spring, Cook spent the last eighteen months as Head Chef of Kentish Canteen.
