The Taurus Mycook induction blender has been introduced to the UK by catering suppliers Nisbets
Catering equipment supplier Nisbets has introduced the Taurus Mycook heated blender to the UK market; it combines a number of kitchen processes saving time and use of extra utensils.

Product details:

The new food blender cooks by induction and can fry, boil, grate, chop and mash ingredients for a number of recipes in professional kitchens.

Chefs can use The Taurus Mycook to make dough and cake mixtures, cut vegetables, create emulsions, braise meat for stews and create soups and sauces. The required final consistency can be selected for each of the kitchen processes it combines.

As well as being able to boil quickly via induction and lower to a simmer, the continuous stirring paddle and an inbuilt timer allows chefs to programme the machine to work while they move on to other things in the kitchen.

USP:

The machine has 10 speed settings including a turbo or pulse setting and soups can be blended to chinois consistency removing the need for the use of extra kitchen utensils.

Cost:

A two-litre capacity Taurus Mycook costs £599.99.

Availability:

The product is available in all Nisbets stores and retail stores and wholesale dealers in the UK under the Nisbets group. It is also available online where the catering supplier is currently running a competition to win one of the machines. www.nisbets.co.uk
