TM Electronics has launched a solo digital probe thermometer with technology that has helped produce a faster response time than the average food thermometer.

Product details:

The newly-designed TME Solo thermometer now contains ThermaSprint technology which has been designed by the West Sussex-based company and adapts the manufacturing process to make the thermometer operate faster.

USP:

The new manufacturing method for the thermometer has significantly increased the response time which now stands at 3 seconds - faster than a number of other similar thermometers available to the foodservice trade.

Cost:

TME’s Solo thermometer with ThermaSprint costs £45.

Availability:

The thermometer is available direct from TME by contacting the sales team on 01903 700651 or fnyrf@gzryrpgebavpf.pb.hx.

Why should you buy it?

Catering thermometer designer Tom Sensier said: "There’s nothing more frustrating than a thermometer which takes ages to come up to temperature – or worse still – when the needle breaks off in your hand, and has to be constantly replaced. That’s why TME has improved its designs to overcome this problem."

Extras:

The ThermaSprint technology is also available with a number of the manufacturer's 'plug-in' needle probes which can be used with one of its waterproof thermometers. A range of accessories including holsters, clips and wipes is also available.
