Jeremy Du Plessis, general manager, The Feathers hotel
The Feathers hotel in Woodstock, Oxfordshire, has appointed Jeremy du Plessis as its new general manager.
Du Plessis has nearly 20 years experience of working in the luxury hospitality sector. Prior to joining The Feathers, he was the general manager at The New Inn in Gloucester. It is his second spell at The Feathers having previously run the property in 2004.
On 1 June 2012, The Feathers hotel became a Guinness World Record breaker for having the largest collection of gin in the world, totaling 161 different varieties.
