Since 2010 when Rhubarb won the contract to cater for the Royal Albert Hall the team at South Kensington venue have refreshed all the restaurants, concessions and bars as well as the dining offers for events.
Plus for one week a year the team get the chance to put their bespoke, high-end, event catering experience to the test with a number of corporate events.
This year that included dinner for 2,000 and BigHospitality was there for a special audio podcast including top tips for chefs and restaurants wanting to emulate Rhubarb and peers such as Cyrus Todiwala and Heston Blumenthal.
