The Elizabeth Shaw chocolate crisp range now includes more flavours
After dinner chocolate producer Elizabeth Shaw has extended its range of chocolate crisp products available to the catering sector, adding four new non-mint flavours to the selection.

Product details:

Elizabeth Shaw, best known for its chocolate mint crisps, has added four new varieties to its food service range - Butterscotch Crisp, Caramel Crisp, Honeycomb Crisp and Cocoa Crunch. The chocolates are available in boxes of 150 alongside the Elizabeth Shaw Dark Mint Crisp and Milk Mint Crisp flavours.

USP:

Established in 1881, Elizabeth Shaw is arguably the biggest name in crisp chocolates and liqueur chocolates. The new range also comes with the benefit of having been trialled in the retail sector last year where it was 'hugely successful' according to senior national account manager Jo Kilinder-Smith.

Price:

Dependent on supplier.

Availability:

Available from wholesalers Booker's, Makro, 3663, Hyperama, AG Parfetts and Giro Foods. For more details call 0117 937 1200 or email znvy@ryvmnorgufunj.pb.hx

Why you should buy it:

The different varieties available in a new smaller size (150 compared to 300 for some of the existing mint crisp varieties) will allow outlets to offer more choice to diners without a large payout. “An in-depth study of the food service category identified the demand and need for a non-mint after-dinner alternative to our very successful Elizabeth Shaw chocolate crisp range,” said Kilinder-Smith. “At the same time, we listened to requests from our food service customers for smaller pack sizes to complement and enhance our existing range.”
