The team behind the Bonnie Gull Seafood Shack pop-up restaurant and a number of other pop-up and temporary projects are planning to launch a permanent restaurant in Fitzrovia this autumn.

Bonnie Gull Seafood Shack will open on Foley Street in October and will feature a daily changing menu of sustainable dishes with a focus on seafood and seasonal, British produce such as whiting and venison.

The restaurant is the first full and permanent project from the team, led by ex-Fifteen chef Luke Robinson, who were behind a Hackney pop-up of the same name earlier this year. They have also run the Bonnie & Wild restaurant which was open on Saturdays in an Islington venue last year and Bonnie-On-Sky - a three week seafood pop-up which operated on a site near London Bridge this summer.

Featuring a raw shellfish bar and a cocktail menu, Bonnie Gull Seafood Shack's price point will see mains costing from £10-£15 on average and the restaurant will be open for lunch and dinner plus weekend brunch.
