Wayne Asson, head chef, Village Birmingham Dudley
The third appointment at Village Birmingham Dudley comes in the form of Wayne Asson as its new head chef.
Asson returns to the De Vere Group after working as Executive Head Chef at The Belfry - the golf resort previously managed by De Vere Hotels until its sale to The Quinn Insurance Group in 2005.
Darryl Holdnall, Village Hotel general manager, said: “We are delighted to have secured such a talented Chef to lead our kitchen brigade. Wayne brings over 30 years of quality experience to our business and he is already making a real difference for our guests.”
