Gourmet Gadgetry's chocolate fountains now feature magnets to rotate the spirals, keeping the machine's blockage free
Gourmet Gadgetry, makers of gadgets such as chocolate fountains and popcorn machines for catering and home use, has launched a new generation of chocolate fountains which feature magnetic components to help prevent blockages.

Product details:

Gourmet Gadgetry's new generation chocolate fountains - the CF29A and the CF44A feature what the company calls a Magnetic Impeller system. This means that the fountain’s spirals, which keep the melted chocolate flowing, are rotated by magnets, therefore lessening the chance of leaks through the system which can block the machine up.

The CF29A serves up to 200 people and can hold up to 5kg of chocolate while the CF44A serves up to 500 people and can hold up to 10kg of chocolate. Both feature a detachable bowl that slots into the machine's base and are height-adjustable. They also feature variable temperature controls and can run for up to five hours if managed correctly.

USP:

The presence of magnets in the machines makes them unique as they do not use bearings and seals as do the majority of other professional machines. Gourmet Gadgetry claims that this stops chocolate from leaking inside the fountain and causing blockages. They have also been built to be more durable for use within a commercial setting.

Price:

The CF29A is £1,795 and the CF44A is £2,695. Price includes VAT at 20 per cent.

Availability:

From the Gourmet Gadgetry website www.gourmetgadgetry.com. Call the sales team on 01322 901025 for more information.

Why you should buy it:

Chocolate fountains have become a popular feature at events and celebrations such as weddings. Gourmet Gadgetry spent months researching and testing the machines for use within a commercial environment in a bid to create reliable machinery to meet demand for longer running and more efficient chocolate fountains to be used by events companies, hotels and restaurants.

Additional information:

To accompany the commercial fountains Gourmet Gadgetry has created a range of Belgian chocolate made especially by Barry Callebaut for use within a chocolate fountain. All machines come with a maintenance support and customer service package and a three year parts and labour warranty.
