Kevin Dalgleish, executive chef, Simpson's
Executive chef Kevin Dalgleish has joined the team at Aberdeen restaurant Simpson’s.
Having trained at The Savoy in London and worked as executive chef at luxury retreat Ackergill Tower in Caithness, Dalgleish has recently launched his first A la Carte menu in the Granite City.
“My cooking is all about creating simple, elegant dishes by using the best possible produce," he said. "Thankfully, we don’t have to travel far for them in Scotland. At the same time we are lucky enough to be introducing a number of suppliers into the city whose products haven’t been available here before.”
Simpson’s Restaurant was bought by hoteliers Graham and Gillian Wood earlier this year and is run as a family business.
