Neil Gazzard, senior operations manager, New Moon Pub Company
The Rapidly-expanding New Moon Pub Company, owned by high-profile restaurateurs David Mooney and Paul Newman, has appointed Neil Gazzard as its senior operations manager.
Gazzard, 32, joins the New Moon Pub Company from the Zizzi Restaurant Group and has carved out a successful career in restaurant management. His previous positions include general manager of Zizzi, Chester and Liverpool One; general manager of Est Est Est, Trafford Centre and general manager of Felicini, Didsbury/Wilmslow.
Gazzard said: “I am extremely excited about my new position at the New Moon Pub Company. Working with a vastly experienced team, inlcuding renowned chef patron David Mooney and well-known restaurateur Paul Newman, I know I will able to learn a lot and also hope to be able to make my mark on the business.”
