Jane Collins, head chef, The Clarendon
The Clarendon has appointed Jane Collins as head chef, opening the door to an unmissable range of new dishes and menus for guests to enjoy.
Collins arrives with a wealth of experience at some of the top restaurants in the country, including the Waterside Inn in Bray, the Belvedere in Holland Park and Chez Max in Knightsbridge, where she worked alongside Marco Pierre White as sous chef.
Most recently, she worked as head chef at 61 Above The Sun in London under the guidance of Michelin-starred chef Shaun Hill, leading a team of seven chefs.
Barry Skarin, co-owner of The Clarendon, said: "From the moment I met Jane and sampled her food, I could tell she would be the perfect person to take our food service to the next level. I'm delighted that she's agreed to join us and I have no doubt that our guests will fall in love with her food even more so than before."
