Experimental dining and drinking venue House of Wolf has announced that food artist Caroline Hobkinson will take up the first guest chef residency when it opens its doors next month.

Hobkinson will collaborate with House of Wolf's professor in residence - Charles Spence - on a five-course multi-sensory menu called Look, Listen, Smell, Touch, Eat that is designed to get diners thinking about what they eat and will feature quality seasonal British ingredients.

Islington's House of Wolf, the latest project from the owners of Brighton nightclubs Madame Geisha and Haunt, will open on Upper Street on 5 October.

The three-storey building, an old Victorian music hall, aims to combine experimental dining, drinking, art and live entertainment and will also include the Apothecary Bar alongside monthly guest chef residencies in the top floor restaurant.
