Classic Cuisine decided to create a trio of turkey meals based on the popularity of turkey-based products last year.
- The turkey paupiette is an escalope of turkey filled with pork and sweet chestnut and cranberry wrapped in crispy bacon.
- The turkey tornado is topped with a blend of orange, cranberry and chestnut and is also wrapped in bacon.
- The turkey festive lattice features a piece of turkey topped with pork, sweet chestnut, orange and cranberries wrapped in a puff pastry lattice.
The frozen turkey ready meals are designed to give caterers a range of festive products with quality ingredients that customers with a range of tastes will enjoy and are ready in a short amount of time during the busy Christmas period.
Award-winning Classic Cuisine, established in 1990, manufactures a variety of meals for the foodservice industry and produces more than 6m meals each year.
The cost of the turkey products, and the entire Classic Cuisine range, can differ depending on the exact order.
Each of the turkey meals is sold in cases containing 24 portions. One pallet, or 72 cases, is the minimum order. Anyone looking to order the products should contact the sales department of the Northampton-based company direct on 01604 644 884.
Why you should buy it:
Mark Dean, sales director at Classic Cuisine said: “Last year we focused on individual portion and added value cuisine, this proved to be huge success. Our individual turkey dishes and our vegetarian fennel and chestnut roast all sold its forecasted volume in November!"
"This year we have ensured that we continue to offer Christmas meals that are delicious, unique and competitively priced. We pride ourselves on offering ready meals that are full of flavour and texture, products that are easy to store and serve and most importantly we use quality ingredients and ensure a high end finish."
The Classic Cuisine Christmas range also includes a range of festive desserts for the first time including apple, blackberry and Calvados tart tatin.
Meanwhile the vegetarian assortment in the range includes red onion, sweet chestnut and goat’s cheese suet pastry roulade.
