Just Desserts has launched a range of alternatives to Christmas pudding including a ginger beer cheesecake with Fever Tree ginger beer
In the last part of the BigHospitality guide to new Christmas products available to hospitality businesses, we put the spotlight on Just Desserts latest range of alternatives to Christmas pudding including a Fever Tree ginger beer cheesecake.

Product details:

The Yorkshire-based baker and pâtissier has introduced two so-called 'boozy alternatives to Christmas pudding' in its festive range of products for foodservice operators.

A moist brandy pudding which is made to a 20-year-old sticky toffee pudding recipe and finished off with brandy liquor, which the producer says is 'ideal for diners who are looking for a change from traditional Christmas puds', and a Christmas cheesecake with 'a twist'.

The new ginger beer cheesecake combines cheesecake and crushed stem ginger with premium Fever Tree ginger beer. The award-winning ginger ale is brewed with natural gingers from Nigeria, Cochin and the Ivory Coast.

The 12-portion cheesecake is available for £14.40 working out at £1.20 per portion. The brandy pudding can be bought in a pack of 14 costing £16.10 or £1.15 per pudding/portion.

Both products are available direct from the company by emailing Sales@just-desserts.co.uk.

Why you should buy it:

James O’Dwyer, managing director, Just Desserts said: “We are delighted to launch our festive dessert range offering both traditional products and those with a seasonal twist and believe they are the perfect choice for caterers to add to Christmas menus.”

Alongside the two new products, Just Desserts also produces a white chocolate and raspberry cheesecake, Three Kings torte, chocolate and rum roulade, mince pies, traditional plum pudding as a bar split into portions or an individual pudding and a 2.5kg fruit cake.
