The concept, which is inspired from Parisian-style evenings, will be open to non-members and will see the restaurant turn into a late-night lounge from Thursday to Saturday after 11pm.
The full dining menu at Hakkasan will be available until 12.30am, and guests can choose from a signature Ling Ling menu of small eats and dim sum from 11pm until 1.30am whilst listening to upbeat new lounge music.
High-profile DJs will play monthly and Michael Adam, Hakkasan’s music director, will work with various artists and art students to create a changing set of Asian-inspired images that will be projected throughout the space.
Hakkasan has recently opened Japanese restaurant Chrysan in Broadgate West and Chinese restaurant HKK in an adjacent building. The group was recently the subject of Restaurant magazine’s Business Profile.
