The winners of The Morris Golden Keys Concierge Awards 2012 were named this week in a ceremony at the Banqueting House in Whitehall
The winners of the annual Morris Golden Keys Concierge Awards organised by The Society of the Golden Keys and Morris Visitor Publications have been named with Guido Staiano from the InterContinental London Park Lane scooping the Lifetime Achievement Award.

The awards, which celebrate the work of Britain's top concierges, were presented in a ceremony held earlier this week at the Banqueting House in Whitehall. 

Paul Still, president of The Society of the Golden Keys of Great Britain & the Commonwealth, presided over the event where Park Plaza hotels won two prizes with staff winning both the Service through Friendship award and Concierge of the Year among London members.

Meanwhile Guido Staiano from the InterContinental London Park Lane won the night's big prize after receiving The Society of the Golden Keys Lifetime Achievement Award.

The winners of The 7th Annual Morris Golden Keys Concierge Awards 2012 were:

  • The Society of the Golden Keys Service through Friendship Award - ​Andrew Wright, Park Plaza County Hall, London
  • Concierge of the Year Regional Member Award - ​David Golley, Macdonald Bear Hotel, Oxfordshire
  • Concierge of the Year London Member Award - ​David Haines, Park Plaza Westminster Bridge, London
  • The Society of the Golden Keys Lifetime Achievement Award - ​Guido Staiano, InterContinental London Park Lane
