New Forest Ice Cream has launched a mulled wine sorbet for caterers looking to add a seasonal dish with colour to their autumn, winter and Christmas menus.

Product Details:

The sorbet is made using real mulled wine to a gluten and nut-free recipe and is produced in a nut-free environment. It is also suitable for vegetarians.

The Lymington-based producer suggest serving the sorbet as a standalone dessert, palate cleanser or as an accompaniment to other festive dishes.

USP:

As one of the only ice cream products on the market containing real mulled wine, the sorbet is positioned as a lighter alternative to ice cream while still containing a festive twist.

Availability:

The mulled wine sorbet is available in 2 litre tubs and can be bought direct from the producer by calling 01590 647611.

Price:

A 2 litre tub for caterers costs £9.95 plus VAT.
