New Forest Ice Cream launches mulled wine sorbet

The sorbet is made using real mulled wine to a gluten and nut-free recipe and is produced in a nut-free environment. It is also suitable for vegetarians.
The Lymington-based producer suggest serving the sorbet as a standalone dessert, palate cleanser or as an accompaniment to other festive dishes.
USP:
As one of the only ice cream products on the market containing real mulled wine, the sorbet is positioned as a lighter alternative to ice cream while still containing a festive twist.
