The Awards are open to members of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs and other hospitality businesses wishing to join the organisation.
“It is vital that we support the next generation of chefs and sommeliers” said Philip Evins, bailli délégué for the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs.
“We know how highly valued this initiative is across professional establishments and 2013 is set to be a pivotal year further to the success of 2012.”
The Awards are open to all chefs under 27-years-old and sommeliers under the age of 35. Nominated by their employer, candidates are assessed at a regional level, with the most impressive contestants proceeding to the national finals.
Meanwhile, the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs recently raised £12,000 raised for the Clink charity.
