Robb Collins, manager, Waterhouse Bar & Terrace
Hilton Brighton Metropole on Brighton’s seafront has appointed Robb Collins as manager of its Waterhouse Bar & Terrace.
Collins was recently voted the Best Bartender at the Brighton & Hove Food & Drink Festival’s Mix Off cocktail competition. Prior to joining Waterhouse Bar & Terrace, he was bar manager at Moon Bar Cocktail Lounge in New Zealand.
“Brighton has such a vibrant social scene that it made perfect sense for me to come back and put my stamp on this part of England," said Collins. "I’m really looking forward to working in the newly refurbished Waterhouse Bar & Terrace, helping to establish it as one of Brighton’s exciting destination bars; somewhere people can come for a well made classic or innovative award-winning cocktail, with a great sea view."
