Andrew Dreverman, F&B manager, Coworth Park
Andrew Dreverman has been appointed food and beverage manager of Dorchester Collection’s Coworth Park.
Dreverman's new role, which starts immediately, places him as responsible for overseeing all food and beverage outlets on the estate, including two restaurants and bars, private and in-room dining, and the Spatisserie.
Zoe Jenkins, general manager at Coworth Park, said: “We are delighted to have Andrew join us to lead and inspire the food and beverage department. His experience will ensure the highest of international standards are delivered in a style in keeping with our rural surroundings, key to positioning Coworth Park as one of the finest country house hotels in the world.”
