Over 400 of the world's top chefs, ranging from René Redzepi to Heston Blumenthal, have contributed to a new book - Where Chefs Eat: A Guide to Chefs Favourite Restaurants, due for release next month.

Product details:

Where Chefs Eat claims to be 'the first international restaurant guide by the insiders', revealing over 2,000 personal recommendations by an array of world-renowned chefs; of their top places to eat in major cities around the world.

Conceived by Phaidon Press and edited by London-based food writer Joe Warwick, the book includes reviews, quotes from chefs, maps and an easy-to-use geographical system of organisations, with 80 black and white illustrations.

Chefs including Jason Atherton, David Chang and Ferran Adria recommend a minimum of three restaurants each, ranging from bargain noodle joints to high-end restaurants. And all recommendations are based on the food alone.

Joe Warwick is the former editor of Restaurant magazine and currently a writer, restaurant critic and author of a number of other restaurant guides. He was also part of the team that started the World's 50 Best Restaurants Awards.
