Marco Feraldi, head sommelier, Seven Park Place
Seven Park Place by William Drabble is pleased to announce the appointment of Marco Feraldi as head sommelier at the Michelin-starred restaurant housed in the five-star St James’s Hotel and Club.
Feraldi brings with him extensive experience at the highest level having worked for a number of Michelin-starred restaurants as a senior sommelier including La Chapelle, Galvin at Windows and Gordon Ramsay’s Maze.
He will have the task of maintaining and keeping the wine cellar up-to-date, sourcing interesting wines from around the world and training the team. He will also spend time in front-of-house, guiding diners through the wine selection and working alongside head chef William Drabble to ensure the contemporary French dishes are perfectly paired for a truly memorable dining experience.
