January sales: Cabana swaps discount vouchers for 2-for-1 deal

Throughout the month, diners at the company's sites at Westfield Stratford City, Westfield London and Central St Giles can swap two Malagueta chicken skewers for the price of one by trading in 'any old, unwanted restaurant voucher'
Cabana said it had launched the deal as an antidote to 'boring discount vouchers on pizzas and burgers' which many restaurant chains have introduced to attract customers, particularly during a quieter January.
The restaurant group, owned by Sweet Potato, sets out to 'bring together the fun atmosphere of the churrascarias and street food of Brazil' with a menu based around skewers of barbecued meat.
Barber told BigHospitality last year that the brand he founded with David Ponte was a scaleable concept which he'd like to roll out to more locations in the future.
