Sebastian Schwietzer, director of food and beverage, London Marriott Hotel County Hall
London Marriott Hotel County Hall has appointed Sebastian Schwietzer as director of food and beverage. Starting in January 2013, Schwietzer will be responsible for the food and beverage operations for both the hotel and its signature restaurant, Gillray’s Steakhouse & Bar.
He joins from the London Marriott Hotel Kensington where he has spent the last two years as Food & Beverage Service Manager.
Commenting on his appointment, Schwietzer said: “I am hugely excited about my new role as Director of Food & Beverage for the London Marriott Hotel County Hall and having the opportunity to work in one of London’s most iconic buildings. 2012 was not only a very important year for London with the Jubilee and Olympic celebrations, but also for the hotel with the launch of Gillray’s Steakhouse & Bar which opened in April.
