Bocuse d'Or jury
Members of the Bocuse d'Or jury study the UK's menu before sampling the dishes. The jury is split into two groups of 12 with one group trying the fish dishes and the other sampling the meat platter. For the first time this year, as part of new rule changes, the tasting panel was asked to give a mark for specific geographical origin.
