Poultry supplier Plusfood has introduced three flavoured chicken wing products to its range designed for busy caterers who want to cook freshly prepared meals to order. 

Product details: 

Plusfood has introduced three flavoured chicken wings to its range - Buffalo, BBQ and Mexican. Buffalo is coated in a spicy pepper marinade and is designed to be served with a hot pepper sauce or a cooling blue cheese dip while BBQ is coated in a spicy paprika and herb marinade and designed to be served with a sticky barbecue sauce. Mexican is marinated in a hot chipotle chilli and lime marinade and can be served with a sour cream dip. All flavours can be fried from frozen in four minutes or baked in the oven in 15 minutes and are free from artificial colours, flavours and preservatives. 

USP: 

Plusfood says the new wings are suitable for a variety of menu styles. They can be served with a selection of dips and side orders to make up starter plates and sharing platters, served as part of a buffet selection or in a larger portion for a main meal.
