Rooster's Brewing Co. joins with Taylor's of Harrogate to produce coffee porter

Londinium is a coffee porter which is the result of a collaboration between coffee brand Taylors of Harrogate and North Yorkshire brewery Rooster's Brewing Co. Oliver Fozard, head brewer at Rooster's Brewery sampled a number of different coffees from all over the world at Taylors of Harrogate's tasting room before settling on their After Dark coffee which he brewed with four malts and English hops to produce a dark beer with a chocolaty after-taste.
USP:
Londinium, which has been in development the last six months and has included numerous coffee tastings and beer sampling sessions to get the final product right, is expected to appeal to both coffee and beer enthusiasts. There aren't many beers that can claim to do that. #
