Hand & Flowers chef-patron Tom Kerridge has become the latest chef to help create a menu for the Panoramic Restaurant at Royal Ascot.

Kerridge, whose pub became the first of its kind to gain two Michelin stars in 2012, will work closely with Ascot's executive chef Steve Golding to devise English dishes 'with a Kerridge twist' as part of an £880 package for racegoers during the Royal Meeting (18-22 June).

He said: "I am delighted to be involved in Royal Ascot. This is a major part of the British social calendar and I feel immensely proud to be showcasing British food at the prestigious event."

Kerridge joins a number of famous chefs, including Michel and Alain Roux and Mark Sargeant, who have created menus for the high profile event at the Berkshire racecourse.
