Although the fire, which broke out on Valentine's Day, was contained to areas of the hotel's fourth and fifth floor, general manager Mike Dewey decided it was best to shut all 110 bedrooms while investigations were carried out into its cause.
Dewey said on Friday that despite the disruption, trade was returning to normal.
"The hotel is full tomorrow and the team look forward to welcoming guests back into the hotel," he said. "We have continued to be overwhelmed with the support that we have received over the past few weeks and I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of the team here at the hotel for their hard work and ongoing commitment."
The hotel's resaturant, bar and event spaces were re-opened a day after the incident. The cause of the fire, which started amongst renovation work in the fifth floor, is still unknown.
