Bill’s heads to Westfield London for shopping centre debut

The 4,092 sq.ft unit is situated in Westfield London’s Southern Terrace alongside Gourmet Burger Kitchen and Le Pain Quotidien. It will be the 18th Bill’s restaurant to open in the UK, with sites in St Albans and Bristol coming soon.
“It’s great to be opening at Westfield London,” said founder Bill Collison. “The dishes we serve in our restaurant, and the friendly atmosphere, will fit right in with Westfield’s shopping-district buzz. The restaurant will be open for breakfast, lunch, tea and dinner.
Westfield’s director of operations Bill Giouroukos added: “We are thrilled Bill’s is opening its first restaurant inside a shopping centre at Westfield London, adding to our great line up of star restaurants including Jamie's Italian and The Meat and Wine Company.
“Leisure is a key driver of footfall and dwell time and we have worked hard to create the ultimate shopping and leisure experience for our customers.”
Westfield London attracted over 27 million shoppers and generated £962 million in sales in 2012.
