New Zealand meat importer Anzco Foods has this week launched the Angel Bay range of gourmet burgers at IFE 2013
Anzco Foods, which is known for importing New Zealand lamb to the UK, has launched four new sauce-filled gourmet burgers at IFE 2013, additions to its Angel Bay range.

Product details:

The company has unveiled the additions to its gourmet burger range at its stand at the ExCel exhibition in London.

All the burgers include saucy, flavoured centres:

  • Plum-filled beef burger patties
  • Caramelised onion-filled beef burger patties
  • Feta & spinach-filled beef burger patties
  • Mint & apple-filled lamb burger patties

The Angel Bay full range also includes beef and lamb burgers, bites and meatballs.

USP:

The burgers are part-cooked meaning minimal yield loss.

Caterers looking to establish portion control and cut down on waste will enjoy added convenience because the products can be cooked from frozen by a variety of methods.

Availability:

All the burger varieties are available in packs of 110g patties.
