Mark Godfrey, managing director, Deer Park Country House
The Deer Park Country House Hotel in Honiton, East Devon, has announced the arrival of new managing director Mark Godfrey as it plans for on-going investment.
Godfrey, former managing director of Harbour Hotels Group, will take the helm of the 25 bedroom hotel, overseeing senior management, the direction of the business and the many projects planned to improve the hotel and grounds.
“I’m thrilled to be a part of the hotel," he said. "It’s located in a beautiful setting and has so much potential, it’s a real gem. With the work and changes we have planned, our aim is to be known as one of the finest wedding venues in the South West."
